With over 25 years of experience in the investment/development and financing of real estate, I decided to apply my skills to help people with their personal mortgage needs and I truly love it. I’m a provincially licensed, independent mortgage advisor and a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia.

I serve clients throughout Greater Vancouver, with the majority of my practice falling on the North Shore (West Vancouver & North Vancouver) and along the Sea to Sky Corridor (from Lions Bay north to Pemberton).

However, my niche is more about situations than locations.

My number one priority is, of course, my clients. My promise to you at all times:

Like other mortgage professionals, I am paid a fee for my services by the lender that ultimately provides your mortgage. Except in unique instances which would be made fully transparent to you, this fee is not in anyway attached to, or deducted from, your mortgage. My consultation is always available at no cost.

I work and live in West Van with my wife (who I met at UBC), our two grade-school kids, and our two cats. There’s been a lot of talk about puppies lately, too.

My name is Ukrainian and I’m a fourth-generation Canadian. My great-grandparents immigrated to the Prairies in the 1880’s, and about 90 years later, my parents and I moved from Regina to the Coast.

I enjoy skiing, Olympic weightlifting, watersports and motorsports; and many moons ago, my wife and I bicycled across Canada.
